Did you know that the most commonly broken New Years resolution is loosing weight and eating healthier? Luckily, that doesn’t have to be you this year! These health conscious meals come together quick with the help of your favorite store-bought (or homemade) rotisserie chicken! Just because you bought a chicken at the store, doesn’t mean it couldn’t be so much more! This class will give you the recipes and tools to elevate that chicken into dishes like: Chicken Pot Pie Empanadas, Buffalo Chicken Flatbread, Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Quinoa Enchiladas, Sesame Peanut Noodles, Chicken Corn Chowder, and Cranberry Chicken Salad. We all love the ease of buying a rotisserie chicken from the store, but we will also be teaching you how to roast, truss and break down your own chicken. Cooking light doesn’t have to be time consuming or bland. Let us teach you how eating healthy can be full of flavor while still saving you time!
Recipes and ingredients may change depending on availability and class attendance.
Please wear closed-toed shoes. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. We will provide you knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have bottled water to drink.
