Veggie Stand Celebration

Celebrate vegetables at the local Farmer’s Market! This class is centered around recipes composed of fresh summer fruits and veggies from the weekend market vendors. Shop local and support your local farmers! In class, we will make sundried tomato vinaigrette for our salads, roasted tomato brushetta, stuffed strawberries, cold melon and mint soup, grilled vegetable pizzas, and stuffed baby bell peppers.
Class ending times may vary due to exceptional cooking skills learned during this class.
You must cancel your registration by calling the school 5 days or more prior to the date of the class to receive a full refund if you are unable to attend class.
