Let’s face it, Thanksgiving leftovers are AMAZING!!  But….after day 3 or 4 we may want something more creative than a turkey or ham sandwich!  This class tackles that issue of what the heck to do with those Thanksgiving and holiday leftover goodies!!  How about turning that hard work and effort from your turkey and ham feast into dishes like roasted turkey and cranberry paninis, ham and cheese mashed potato croquettes, shepherd’s pie, cranberry turnovers, sweet potato spoon bread with caramel and pecan topping, turkey tamale pie, and a leftover pizza that uses everything from stuffing and mashed potatoes to corn and even the green bean casserole!  Thanksgiving is the meal that keeps on giving thanks to these scrumptious leftover recipe ideas.

Class ending times may vary due to exceptional cooking skills learned during this class.

You must cancel your registration by calling or emailing the school 5 days or more prior to the date of the class to receive a full refund if you are unable to attend class.  If you do not cancel class at least 5 days prior to class on a sold out class, you will be refunded only 50% of the class tuition.
