You may bring a teen/child to class, but you must pay for an adult ticket.
Love going out for sushi, but hate paying the prices? Learn to make your own in this hands-on class where we take sushi to the next level! And…you eat what you roll! That’s right! All you can eat sushi in this class where you will learn to make perfect sushi rice, chop veggies and slice fish, learn different ways to roll them up, and even make those sauces and glazes to top them off! We are even doing deep-fried sushi! This class is always a huge hit so sign up quick! We’ll make innovative recipes such as Crab Crunch Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, California Cream Cheese Roll, Salmon Tempura Roll, and Sweet Potato Roll just to name a few of the recipes! After eating all that Sushi, we’ll have to ROLL you out of here!
COVID 19 UPDATE:
This class is also now available in a virtual option! Kits will be available for pick up anytime 12/07/20 from 12:00pm-5:00pm, then join our Facebook live feed of our class and follow along in the comfort of your own home! Starts at around 5:45. No cancellations on virtual kits. Kit includes enough to make 10 rolls of sushi (crab, tuna, and sweet potato rolls) and an awesome sushi rolling lesson from Chef Joe! Your kit will include 2 sushi rolling mats, gloves, sauces, soy, ginger, wasabi, fish and veggies, rice to prepare ahead of time (with instructions) and chopsticks!
At this time we are asking all students to wear a mask to class when attending in-person. We will be taking temperatures at the door, and taste testing, as well as providing hand sanitizer upon your arrival. If you have any symptoms, have been around someone with symptoms, or have traveled outside the country recently we are asking that you please stay home. You may call to cancel your ticket, and we will issue a credit to be used on a future class if you are more than 2 days in advance. Thank you for supporting us during this challenging time! We will do our best to make our classes as educational and fun as ever.
Class ending times may vary. Please wear closed-toed shoes and wear your hair up off your shoulders. Bring your favorite beverage to drink if you wish. You can bring adult beverages if you’d like. We will provide knives. We will also provide aprons. We will have filtered water to drink.
Our classes are popular and often sell out! You must cancel your registration at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund for this class. There will be a processing fee to cancel your ticket per person no matter when you cancel. You can cancel by calling the school at 309-263-6020 or by emailing Amanda your request to cancel at email@example.com. Tickets canceled the day before or on the day of class will not receive a refund for ANY REASON. You may gift your tickets to someone else but we will not refund or forward them to a future class if you cannot attend.
If you have a card board gift card with a 3-digit number and want to redeem it for this class, you must call or email to reserve your class spot prior to the class selling out. If you reserve your spot with a gift card and do not show, you will forfeit the amount owed for the class from your gift card. If your gift card has a 16-digit code, you can cash it in online when your purchase your ticket.
