Love going out for sushi, but hate paying the prices? Learn to make your own in this hands-on class where we take sushi to the next level! And…you eat what you roll! That’s right! All you can eat sushi in this class where you will learn to make perfect sushi rice, chop veggies and slice fish, learn different ways to roll them up, and even make those sauces and glazes to top them off! We are even doing deep fried sushi! This class is always a huge hit so sign up quick! Crab Crunch Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, California Cream Cheese Roll, Salmon Tempura Roll and Sweet Potato Roll are just some of the recipes!
Class ending times may vary. Please wear closed-toed shoes and wear your hair up off your shoulders. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. You can bring adult beverages if you’d like. We will provide knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have filtered water to drink.
Our classes are popular and often sell out! You must cancel your registration at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund for this class. There will be a processing fee to cancel your ticket per person no matter when you cancel. You can cancel by calling the school at 309-263-6020 or by emailing us your request to cancel at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tickets cancelled the day before or on the day of class will not receive a refund.
If you have a gift card and want to redeem it for this class, you must call or email to reserve your class spot prior to the class selling out. If you reserve your spot with a gift card and do not show, you will forfeit the amount owed for the class from your gift card. Gift cards with 16-digit codes can be redeemed online when purchasing your class. Cardboard gift cards must be redeemed through Amanda via email or over the phone.
