We are grilling up appetizers, dinner and dessert in this workshop that celebrates summer foods with the flavor of char! Vegetables, meats and even fruit can benefit from grill cooking. Not only is grilling delicious, but it is nutritious as well! We will learn to grill on charcoal and gas grills as well as on a stove grill pan. Some of the recipes include grilled Caesar salad, grilled pineapple soup, grilled chicken and veggie skewers, mojito-lime chicken, grilled sweet corn with seasoned butters, and grilled strawberry shortcake.
Class ending times may vary due to exceptional cooking skills learned during this class.
