Grilling food is like magic, it just makes everything better! We have a few tricks in our bag to make sure you’re successful every time. We will fire up the charcoal and the gas grills in this class where we will be grilling everything including meats, veggies, and even dessert. We will talk about gas vs charcoal grills and give you the proper techniques for cooking a variety of foods on the grill! We will be complimenting our grilled items with some awesome sides and desserts to help round out your perfect summer BBQ! We are going to be grilling up Veggie Pesto pizza on a homemade crust, Sous Vide Hand-cut Soy Ginger Pork Chops with Asian Noodle Salad, Cedar-Plank Grilled Salmon, Grilled Caprese Salad, Cheese Stuffed Burger Sliders, Raspberry Chicken with Grilled Brie Croutons, Foil Packet Smore’s, and Grilled Pineapple Sundaes. Seriously, who could think of a more delicious menu? Summer BBQs are a huge part of the Midwestern culture. Come learn the techniques and recipes to make sure you have the best BBQ in the state!
Please wear closed-toed shoes. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. We will provide you with knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have bottled water to drink. You may bring a beverage of your choice if you wish.
