This class is great for the cook who wants to take it back to the French roots of where it all began. We will learn to make white stock and beef stock and then use those house made stocks in amazing sauces and soups like Cream of Broccoli Cheddar Soup, Alfredo Sauce for Tortellini Carbonara, Chasseur Brown Sauce over Chicken Breasts and French Onion Soup. We will also learn to clarify butter and make hollandaise sauce for our Asparagus. Come join us for this basic lesson of French Cookery that can only be taught in a class like this!
