Squash, Squash, and More Squash

It’s time to “squash the subject of squash!” Fall is just around the corner and harvest season is approaching us. Let’s take advantage of the bountiful produce that we are blessed with…squash. There are so many varieties available and though we always want to use them, we don’t always know how! It’s time for a squash breakdown!! We will learn to use many varieties of squash in recipes such as, Zucchini Pizza Bites, Roasted Acorn Squash with Cinnamon Butter, Wild Rice Stuffed Squash, Cider-Glazed Chicken Sausages with “Squash” Mash, Mac & Cheese with Butternut Squash, Squash Pot Stickers, Turkey Bolognese with Spaghetti Squash, and of course, we will finish the evening with Rice Pudding with Candied Butternut Squash.
Please wear close-toed shoes. No sandals. Bring your favorite knife to use and a bottle of wine or an adult beverage if you wish.
