You Say Potato, I Say Patata!

This class is all about…you guessed it, POTATOES!  We will learn all about different varieties of potatoes and find out which potatoes are best suited for which purpose.  We will work with Russet, Yukon, Fingerling, Purple, and Sweet Potatoes learning to roast, bake, fry and mash them up into all sorts of recipes like:  Bacon Ranch Red Skin Potato Salad, Twice Baked Russet Potatoes, Sweet Potato Hash, BBQ Pork Potato Skins, Ham and Cheese Potato Croquettes, Roasted Root Vegetables, and Single Serve Shepherd’s Pie.  Don’t miss this class that is perfect for the potato connoisseur.  Come and get some incredible main dish ideas as well as some perfect side dish recipes to round out your meat entrees.

Please wear closed toed shoes and bring your favorite knife and a beverage of your choice if you want. Class ending times vary depending on class size and skill levels.  Come hungry!  We eat what we make, so it’s time to carb up!
