What would make any father happy on Father’s Day? How about something different this year: A Sausage Stuffing class with Chef Charles Robertson! This man knows his sausage- he’s been teaching culinary students at ICC the art of all things sausage for fifteen years. Chef Charles is joining The Cookery to show us how to make our own sausage blends, how to grind them, fill natural casings, and link them up into yummy brats and sausages. We’ll make several flavors such as: Traditional Brats, Chicken and Apple, Sweet Italian, Jalapeno Bacon Cheddar, and Spanish Chorizo. We’ll grill some up for everyone to taste and serve then them up with delicious sauces and accompaniments! Attendees will also receive raw sausages of each flavor to grill up at home! Class ending times may vary. Please wear closed-toed shoes and wear your hair up off your shoulders. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. You can bring adult beverages if you’d like. We will provide knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have filtered water to drink.
Our classes are popular and often sell out! You must cancel your registration at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund for this class. There will be a processing fee to cancel your ticket per person no matter when you cancel. You can cancel by calling the school at 309-263-6020 or by emailing us your request to cancel at email@example.com. Tickets cancelled the day before or on the day of class will not receive a refund.
If you have a gift card and want to redeem it for this class, you must call or email to reserve your class spot prior to the class selling out. If you reserve your spot with a gift card and do not show, you will forfeit the amount owed for the class from your gift card.
