Well, most of us are guilty..of not getting enough vegetables into our weekly routine! So we here at The Cookery, challenge you to a Meatless Monday class! These meals will help to eliminate one meat dish in your household each week and replace it with a vegetarian dish! Just try our recipes – I bet you won’t even miss the meat in these hearty veggie creations! Recipes include Jack Fruit BBQ Sliders with Yucca Root Fries. Veggie Black Bean Burgers with Apple & Jicama Slaw, Portabello Risotto with Caprese Salad, Grilled Veggie Flatbread with Cucumber Berry & Corn Salad. We hope you will join us to try these meals that are sure to have you thinking different about next Monday’s dinner options!
Please wear closed-toed shoes. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. We will provide you with knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have bottled water to drink. You may bring adult beverages if you wish.
