Knife Skills 101

Everything you want to know about knives will be taught in this class! Where to buy them, what knives are best for what task, how to clean them and care for them, and most importantly, how to use them! We are chopping up a storm in this class where we will put those skills to use in recipes like Feta Bruschetta with Balsamic Reduction, Black Bean and Corn Salsa, Taboule Salad, Carrot Salad, and Pesto Cheese Bread. Come hone your knife skills in this class that will make you a more efficient cook in the kitchen.
Class times may vary due to exceptional cooking skills learned in this workshop.
