Yule logs are a tradition almost as old as Christmas. At first, a log from a specially selected Christmas tree, burned in a hearth to give a home good tidings, and now a delicious chocolate cake filled with a mascarpone cream! Yum! We prefer the second definition, and that’s what this class is all about! Not only will we make our own yule logs that are both delicious and resemble their namesakes, but we’ll throw in some other treats for good measure. Cake pops are a great way to add edible decoration to your holiday desserts, and we’ll decorate ours with snowmen, snowflakes, and more! And, oh, yeah. We’re gonna learn how to make homemade truffles for good measure! You don’t want to miss this class!
