Let’s face it folks, the holidays can be stressful. But, here at, The Cookery, we want to help any way that we can to relieve some of that holiday hassle. Come to this class to learn how to make appetizers and snacks that can be made ahead of time to ease the pressure of food prep during the holiday season! Your friends and family will be amazed that you had time to make these delicious recipes to serve at your next get together! So…sign-up to learn how to WOW everyone with recipes like Apricot Brie Puff Pastry, Blooming Onion and Dipping Sauce, Cheese Dip with Fried Tortillas, Ham and Cheese in Puff Pastry, and Ranch Oyster Crackers.. We will also show how to put together a visually stunning fruit tray and learn to assemble a gourmet meat and cheese tray. Oh ya! Let’s not forget dessert!!! How do Chocolate Truffles sound? You must cancel your registration by calling or emailing the school 5 days or more prior to the date of the class to receive a full refund if you are unable to attend class. If you do not cancel class at least 5 days prior to class on a sold out class, you will be refunded only 50% of the class tuition.
