There’s no doubt that Greece is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Maybe those gorgeous view of the mountains and ocean is what inspired the Greeks to invent such delicious food! We’ll be celebrating the country of this foods origin with a fun and educational class. We are cooking up classic Greek favorites in this workshop such as: Avgolemono Soup, Souvlaki Pork, Homemade Pita Bread, White Bean Hummus, Falafel, Pastitsio, Tsatziki, and Spanikopita. This class is full of flavors that are fresh, vibrant, and perfect for the Spring season! “Opa!” is a phrase often used in Greece during a celebration of life, but in this class, we’re celebrating great food!
Please wear closed-toed shoes. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. We will provide you with knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have filtered water to drink. You may bring adult beverages if you wish.
This class is unique and is sure to sell out. You must cancel your registration at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund for this class. All refunded tickets will be charged a processing fee. No refunds will be given on cancellations the day before or the day of.
