Lots of requests for this class on how to be gluten free and healthy! Whether you are making this choice because you have to or because you want to, we have the answers! This class explores how to be healthy while choosing a gluten free lifestyle from breakfast to dessert. In class we make a gluten free all-purpose flour and a gluten free pancake mix. We will make amazing recipes with our gluten free flour like Smore’s pancakes with Marshmallow Drizzle, Pineapple BBQ Beef Pizza with Smokey Aioli, Ham and Tomato Cornbread Sammies with Jalapeno Mayo, Frito Chicken Fingers with Honey Mustard Dip, Pumpkin Dumplings with Bacon and Radicchio, Apple Cornbread Stuffing, Orange Cream Cupcakes, and Fudge Brownies. With a menu like this, you won’t even miss the gluten!
Recipes and ingredients are subject to change depending on availability and class participation. Class ending times may vary due to awesome skills learned during class!
You must call or email the school to cancel your registration at least 5 days prior to class to receive a full refund for this class. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage of your choice if you wish! Please wear close-toed shoes to class. We provide aprons and bottled water.
