The Cookery is celebrating National Pumpkin Month and you’re invited! Pumpkins aren’t just for carving anymore, in this class we will be making both sweet and savory pumpkin dishes like mini pumpkin cheesecake, pumpkin chili, roasted pumpkin seeds, pumpkin tartlets, pumpkin pasta salad, pumpkin muffins and pumpkin maple bacon spread. Umm… can we say pumpkin explosion in your mouth?!
Please wear closed toed shoes. Aprons and knives are provided but you may bring your own to use if you wish. We will have bottled water but you may bring any beverage of your choice as long as you drink responsibly. Recipes may vary due ingredient availability.
You must cancel your ticket 5 days in advance to receive a refund for this class. All refunded tickets are subject to a processing fee. Class times may vary due to awesome skills learned in this class or previous classes.
Please let us know in the comment section when you buy your ticket if you are attending with someone else who purchased a ticket separate from your purchase so that we can try to be sure that you end up in the same group together.
