Learn to cook healthy in this class where we discover that cooking light can be flavorful and delicious as well! It can be hard to eat light when fatty meals sometimes taste better, but these recipes are sure to be crowd pleasers. In class we will make Jamaican jerk skewers over rice, fish tacos with tomatillo salsa and pickled onions, cheese and spinach filled phyllo pockets, watermelon and arugula salad and charred zucchini salad.
Class ending times may vary due to exceptional cooking skills learned during this class.
