Anyone else feeling sluggish and bloated after the three month span of gluttony we like to call “the holidays?” Us too! We have an arsenal full of cleansing foods to help get you back on track and feeling great! There are so many foods that naturally flush toxins and fat from your body, leaving you feeling energetic and maybe even a little thinner! In this class we’ll focus on lean meats in dishes like Grilled Halibut with Fruit Salsa, and Greek Marinated Chicken with Cucumber Salad. Of course, we’ll show you some delicious ways to cook vegetables that will be so tasty, you won’t feel deprived at all. From fun and easy zucchini noodles, stuffed cabbage rolls, crunchy kale slaw, and even a sweet green tea cocktail, we’ll show you how to eat healthy and actually enjoy it! Come join us to slim down after the holidays!
Please wear closed-toed shoes. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. We will provide you with knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have bottled water to drink.
This class is unique and is sure to sell out. You must cancel your registration at least 5 days in advance to receive a refund for this class. You can cancel by calling the school at 309-263-6020 or by emailing us your request to cancel at email@example.com. There is a processing fee assigned to all refunded tickets.
If you have a gift card and want to redeem it for this class, you must call or email to reserve your class spot prior to the class selling out. If you reserve your spot with a gift card and do not show, you will forfeit the amount owed for the class from your gift card.
