Who doesn’t love cheesecake! In this class we will explore many different variations of cheesecake in this workshop plus some fun cheesecake recipes with a twist! Come and join us as we make Autumn Apple Pecan Cheesecake, No Bake Lemon Cheesecake Mousse Cups, Savory Bacon and Chive Cheesecake Minis, No Bake White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Crust with Strawberry Topping Cheesecake, Pumpkin Cheesecake Monkey Bread, Sopapilla Mexican Cheesecake Bars, Mango Cheesecake with Gingersnap Crust, Cheesecake Cake Pops, and Chocolate Ganache and Raspberry Cheesecake. I don’t think we missed a flavor there, did we!? Many people may be intimated about making cheesecake from scratch, but with the proper techniques, you can make your own with success.
Recipes and ingredients are subject to change depending on availability and class participation. Class ending times may vary due to awesome skills learned during class!
You must call or email the school to cancel your registration at least 5 days prior to class to receive a full refund for this class. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage of your choice if you wish! Please wear close-toed shoes to class. We provide aprons and bottled water.
