Authentic Mexican Food and Margarita Night
April 17, 2018 @ 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm$55
Our Cinco De Mayo class sold out, so we’re opening a second session! It may not be on May 5th, but every day is a great day for Mexican Food and Margaritas!
Everyone has been to a Mexican Restaurant before, and probably had a great meal! However, a lot of that food is made for the local demographic. We’d love to show you a more authentic experience, right here in central Illinois! We’ll make things like Huevos Rancheros, Empanadas, Elotes, Grilled Skirt Steak with Blistered Tomatoes, Pork Tacos with Peach Salsa, Black Bean Taquitos, and so much more! Of course, we’ll be making our own Sauces, Tortillas, and Salsas. Come learn more about Mexican Cuisine than you could ever imagine and wash it down with some traditional and flavorful margaritas!
Please wear closed-toed shoes. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. We will provide you and/or your children knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have bottled water to drink.
Our classes are popular and this one is sure to sell out! You must cancel your registration at least 5 days in advance to receive a refund for this class. There will be a processing fee to cancel your ticket per person. You can cancel by calling the school at 309-263-6020 or by emailing us your request to cancel at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tickets cancelled the day before or on the day of class will not receive a refund.
