10 Course Dinner and Wine Experience

If you love food and wine and want to engage in more than just dinner, than this experience is for you. The Cookery introduces it’s first pop-up underground meal prepared and served by local award winning ACF chefs.  The American Culinary Federation is a group of local chefs dedicated to preparing the finest quality of food, using local ingredients, with a little flare. This dinner will showcase ten courses of food, all paired with California wines that compliment each course.  Courses include Cheese Course, Smoked Fish Course, Pastry Course, Soup Course, Egg & Pasta Course, Vegetable Course, Beef Course, Innovative Food Course, Sorbet Course and a Dessert Trio Course.  This is an exceptional opportunity to experience what local chefs Amanda Pyle, Golda Ewalt, Jeff Duval, Amy Carey, Kristina Pearce and Kristin Hillenburg can bring to the table. Limited space and tickets available.

If you are dining with others who bought tickets separately, please indicate in the comment section when you purchase your ticket to ensure a close seat.

Sparkling Social starts at 6:30 pm

Dinner will start promptly at 7:00 pm

No refunds after October 15.  If you cancel your ticket before Oct 15, you will receive a partial refund minus a processing fee to refund your ticket.  No refunds after October 15, though you may find a replacement for your ticket.

For this dinner, ACF chefs will be serving foods that contain shellfish, eggs, nuts, gluten, fungus and dairy products.
